After successful payment, Capture Signoff sends your workspace access key from noreply@formsuite.dev. Open the workspace and choose Check access. If the message is missing, check spam or contact support with your order reference.
A page capture means one URL in a workspace run, including rechecks. Runs reserve their pages while queued; completed runs, including failed pages that were processed, count toward the allowance. Failed queue submission releases the reservation. Public pages only. No team seats, custom branding or priority queue are included.

Yes. Use the customer-portal link in your Creem receipt or contact support. Cancellation stops renewal; the workspace key remains valid through the current paid period. After that, the paid key expires. The separate Free Beta can still be used within its limits.
Download or print needed evidence before paid access ends. Existing paid projects retain their 30-day retention window; a cancellation does not immediately delete them. Client links retain their own expiry or revocation limits. Free workspaces have 7-day retention.
