Use Capture Signoff only for public pages you are permitted to access. Do not use it to bypass authentication, CAPTCHA, access controls, robots protections, private networks, website terms, or applicable law. Do not submit sensitive, illegal, abusive, or infringing material.
A capture records what the service observed during a bounded collection window. It does not prove ownership, authenticity, legal compliance, uptime, who changed a page, or the truth of page content. A page decision records a workflow choice about a specific manifest; it is not an electronic signature or legal evidence certification.
Results can differ because of geography, personalization, animations, ads, cookie banners, asynchronous loading, font rendering, third-party resources, or later changes. Automatic change classification can produce false positives or miss changes and must be reviewed by a person.
The public beta limits single-page proofs to three per visitor each UTC day. The global beta stops at 20 pages or 8 Browser minutes per UTC day. A self-serve workspace supports one active project of up to three public pages, a six-page capture quota, and seven-day access and retention. These limits may close earlier when the safety circuit opens.
The beta has no service-level agreement and no guaranteed availability, accuracy, or long-term retention. Review links expire and may be revoked or rate-limited. We may block targets, pause captures, or revoke access to protect the service and third parties.
Paid workspaces
Pro is $12/month for 500 page captures per UTC calendar month. Agency is $29/month for 2,000. Both include one workspace access key, projects of up to 10 public URLs, 30-day project retention and the shared capture queue. Page allowances do not roll over. A baseline or recheck reserves one page capture per URL; processed failed pages also count. No team seats, white-labeling, custom branding or priority queue are included.
Paid capture has separate admission thresholds from the free demo: 2,000 pages and two measured browser hours globally per UTC day. Page reservations are counted when jobs are accepted; already accepted work may finish after a browser-time threshold is reached. Processing may pause during overload, provider errors or safety-circuit events. No guaranteed capture time or service-level agreement is included. If service limits prevent your intended use, contact support before purchasing or request a refund under the policy below.
Creem processes subscriptions. Manage renewal using the customer-portal link in your receipt. On cancellation, your key remains valid through the paid period, then expires. Download needed evidence beforehand; stored projects retain their existing retention windows. A full refund or payment dispute may revoke access for that paid cycle without deleting evidence immediately. Refunding an older cycle does not revoke a later paid renewal.
