Use Capture Signoff only for public pages you are permitted to access. Do not use it to bypass authentication, CAPTCHA, access controls, robots protections, private networks, website terms, or applicable law. Do not submit sensitive, illegal, abusive, or infringing material.

A capture records what the service observed during a bounded collection window. It does not prove ownership, authenticity, legal compliance, uptime, who changed a page, or the truth of page content. A page decision records a workflow choice about a specific manifest; it is not an electronic signature or legal evidence certification.

Results can differ because of geography, personalization, animations, ads, cookie banners, asynchronous loading, font rendering, third-party resources, or later changes. Automatic change classification can produce false positives or miss changes and must be reviewed by a person.

The invite-only pilot has a three-page project limit, no service-level agreement, and no guaranteed availability, accuracy, or long-term retention. Review links expire and may be revoked or rate-limited. We may block targets or stop captures to protect the service and third parties.
